There will be two submission rounds: posters submitted to the first and second rounds are notified on 7 Nov and 12 Dec, respectively. Please note that the second round will close as soon as all slots are filled. The review process is single-blind.
Topics of Interest
Posters are solicited in following areas of HPC, but not limited to:
- Applications and Algorithms
- Programming Models and Systems Software
- Data, Storage and Visualization
- Architectures and Networks
Poster Presentation Format (Tentative)
The poster presentation is fully in-person. All accepted poster authors must attend on-site and present at the poster session.
Extended abstracts and posters of accepted submissions will be uploaded to the conference website. However, they will NOT be included in the conference proceedings.
A poster session is planned in the afternoon of the first conference day (25 Jan). All poster authors are expected to discuss their posters with attendees.
A poster blitz session is planned, in which each poster presenter will be given an opportunity to make a brief oral presentation for introducing their poster.
A student poster presentation award is planned. First authors of poster who are students enrolled in BS, MS, or Ph.D. programs are eligible. The poster award committee will comprehensively evaluate the extended abstract, poster draft, poster blitz and discussion during the poster session. The award will be announced on the last day of the conference (27 Jan).
Poster Submission
Authors are invited to submit one-page extended abstracts (including references) of their posters. We welcome any posters that contain interesting topics you want to discuss in HPC Asia 2024. Submissions should be made through Linklings (https://ssl.linklings.net/conferences/HPCAsia/).

Extended abstracts should be formatted using the double-column ACM template for conference proceedings (https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template).
- LaTeX users: Use the acmart class file with the "sigconf,nonacm" options. Omit the abstract, CCS concepts and keywords sections in the original template.
- Word users: Use the "Interim Template". Omit the abstract, CCS concepts and keywords sections in the original template.
