  • Please be sure to complete online registration and payment before coming to the conference venue.

    *1　The Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of conference.
    Please be advised that the student rate is not applied to students with full time job.
    Students will be required to upload their student ID or student certificate letters from their supervisors at the time of online registration.
    *2　If you will register to HPC Asia 2018, you do NOT need to pay workshop fee.

    Payment

    Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can only be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).

  • A payment receipt can be downloaded through the registration account.
  • If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office.

    • Payment Confirmation

    After you register online and complete your payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address automatically. 　
    *If you do not receive a payment confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

    Cancellation

    In case of cancellation, please send a message by email or fax to the Registration Office. The following cancellation fees will apply based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.

    Until November 30, 2017 No cancellation fee
    From December 1 through January 17, 2018 50% of the registration fee
    From January 18, 2018 100% of the registration fee (No Refund)

    * All refunds will be made after the conference.

    Visa Information

    Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and visa application procedures.

    The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to your by express courier.

    Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps.

    1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee
    2. Book a Flight
    3. Reserve a Hotel

      4. Visa Support Application starts on October 2, 2017
