Scope

High performance computing is a key technology to solve large problems in science, engineering, and business by utilizing computing power which has been evolving to the future. HPCAsia, which is an international conference series on HPC technologies in Asia Pacific region, and was held in the past several times in several countries in Asia regional site to discuss the issues on high performance computing and to exchange information of research and development results. Following the success in 2018 and 2019, the International Conference on High Performance Computing in Asia-Pacific Region, or HPCAsia2020 is organized in order to exchange ideas, case studies, and research results related to all issues of high performance computing.

Poster Submission

Authors are invited to submit 1-page extended abstract of their posters. We welcome any posters that contain interesting themes you want to discuss at poster session. (A poster on research that was already reported in other journals and/or conferences is also acceptable, but authors must solve copyright issues by themselves.) The abstracts have to be formatted in the ACM Proceeding Style with sigconf and nonacm options, which implies a document class of: \documentclass[sigconf,nonacm]{acmart} in LaTeX (ABSTRACT, CCS CONCEPTS, and KEYWORDS can be omitted) or in a similar-formatted PDF file generated by other tools (e.g.: Word), and submitted at EasyChair (please select "Poster" track). The review process is NOT double-blinded. The PDF files of every extended abstract will be uploaded to the conference website.

Poster Format and Poster Session Instructions

The poster is expected to be in an A0-size portrait format. The size of each poster board is W900xH2100. There is no specific rule for formatting the poster such as the color, fonts, and so on. Print out and bring your poster to the conference. You do not need to bring pushpins or something like that. The poster room will be opened at whole time of conference. One or more authors have to present the poster during the poster session (will be scheduled on Thursday 16 afternoon in the current program plan). The PDF files of every accepted poster will be uploaded to the conference website after the conference if authors provide the PDF file.
